本政策說明維權科技股份有限公司如何於您使用「海外金 ExportGold」時蒐集、處理、利用及保護個人資料，以及您依法享有的權利。

維權科技股份有限公司（WCTech Co., Ltd.，下稱「本公司」、「我們」）依中華民國《個人資料保護法》及其他適用法令處理個人資料。本政策適用於海外金網站、帳號、情報查詢、報告及相關服務（下稱「本服務」）。

一、我們蒐集的資料

1. 您提供的資料

• 帳號及組織資料：公司名稱、電子信箱、密碼的雜湊值、帳號識別碼及您選擇提供的公司或職務資訊。
• 查詢與儲存內容：產品名稱、產品描述、產業、目標國家或市場、查詢條件、收藏、備註、儲存報告及操作設定。
• 交易與客服資料：方案、訂單、付款狀態、發票所需資料，以及您與客服往來的內容。完整付款卡號通常由支付服務商處理，本公司不直接保存，但仍以實際付款流程為準。

2. 自動蒐集的資料

• 使用紀錄：登入時間、查詢次數、使用功能、方案、點擊與錯誤紀錄。
• 裝置及連線資料：IP 位址、瀏覽器與裝置類型、作業系統、存取時間、來源頁面及伺服器日誌。
• Cookie 與類似技術：維持登入、安全防護、偏好設定及統計分析所需的識別資訊。

3. 服務呈現的商務與公開職業資料

為提供企業與市場情報，本服務可能處理企業名稱、網站、產業、地區、公開職稱、公開職業頁面、商務電子郵件、公司電話及其他與職務或企業活動相關的資訊。該等資訊可能來自政府公開資料、企業網站、公開職業資訊、公開網站或依法取得的商業資料來源。

我們不以蒐集私人生活資訊為目的，也不要求使用者利用本服務進行與企業交易無關的個人追蹤。若您是資料所指涉的個人，可依第九點要求查詢、更正、停止利用或刪除。

二、蒐集目的與利用方式

我們基於下列目的處理資料：

• 建立帳號、身分驗證、登入維持及權限管理；
• 依查詢條件提供市場、企業、人脈、通路、新聞及風險情報；
• 儲存查詢、產生報告、提供個人化功能及客服；
• 透過自動化或人工智慧進行搜尋、去重、分類、摘要、比較及品質檢查；
• 處理訂單、付款、發票、通知及方案用量；
• 維護安全、防範濫用與詐欺、除錯、稽核及法令遵循；
• 進行統計分析，以改善功能、資料品質與使用體驗；
• 回應合法的司法、主管機關或權利人要求。

三、自動化與人工智慧處理

本服務可能以自動化工具或人工智慧模型處理您的查詢條件及取得的市場資料，以產生摘要、分類、比較與建議。處理結果可能不完整或不正確，重要資訊仍應由您查核。

除提供服務、安全維護或法令要求所必要外，我們不會以您的非公開查詢內容訓練供其他客戶使用的公開模型。若未來用途有重大變更，我們將更新本政策並依法通知或取得同意。

四、委外處理與第三方分享

我們不販售您的個人資料。為營運本服務，我們可能在必要範圍內委託下列類別的服務供應商處理資料：

• 雲端主機、資料庫、儲存、內容傳遞與資訊安全服務；
• 帳號驗證、電子郵件、客服與通知服務；
• 支付、帳務及發票服務；
• 網站分析、錯誤監控與服務效能工具；
• 市場資料彙整、搜尋、自動化及人工智慧服務。

五、第三方資料來源與外部連結

本服務可能顯示或連結第三方網站及公開來源。您前往外部網站後，該網站將依其隱私政策處理資料。第三方公開或商務資料如有錯誤、過時或不應顯示，請依第九點與我們聯絡；我們會在可合理查證及技術可行的範圍內處理。

六、跨境傳輸

本服務使用的雲端、資料、自動化與分析基礎設施可能位於臺灣以外，因此個人資料可能被傳輸至或處理於其他國家。我們將採取合理措施，要求受託處理者提供適當保護，並依適用法令辦理跨境傳輸。

七、Cookie 與分析

本服務使用必要性 Cookie 以維持登入、安全及基本功能，亦可能使用分析性 Cookie 了解網站使用情形。您可透過瀏覽器管理 Cookie；停用必要性 Cookie 可能導致部分功能無法使用。依法需要同意的非必要 Cookie，將於取得同意後啟用。

八、保存期限與安全

我們僅在達成上述目的、履行契約、處理爭議及法令要求的必要期間內保存個人資料。帳號刪除或目的消失後，我們會刪除或去識別化資料，但依法須留存、為建立或防禦法律請求所必要，或仍位於正常備份輪替週期的資料除外。

我們採取合理技術與管理措施，包括傳輸加密、密碼雜湊、存取控制、權限管理、日誌及備份。任何網路傳輸或儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。

九、您的權利

依適用法令，您得就本公司持有的個人資料請求：

• 查詢、閱覽或取得複製本；
• 補充或更正；
• 停止蒐集、處理或利用；
• 刪除；
• 在適用法令提供時，反對特定處理、撤回同意或請求資料可攜。

十、兒童隱私

十一、政策修訂

This Policy explains how WCTech Co., Ltd. collects, processes, uses, and protects personal data when you use “ExportGold,” and describes the rights available to you under applicable law.

WCTech Co., Ltd. (“WCTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal data in accordance with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws. This Policy applies to the ExportGold website, accounts, intelligence searches, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Data We Collect

1.1 Data You Provide

• Account and organization data: company name, email address, password hash, account identifier, and any company or job information that you choose to provide.
• Search and saved content: product names, product descriptions, industries, target countries or markets, search criteria, bookmarks, notes, saved reports, and operational settings.
• Transaction and support data: plan, order, payment status, information required for invoicing, and communications with customer support. Complete payment-card numbers are generally processed by payment service providers rather than stored directly by us, subject to the payment process actually used.

1.2 Data Collected Automatically

• Usage records: login times, number of searches, features used, plan, clicks, and error records.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, access times, referring page, and server logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers required to maintain login sessions, provide security, remember preferences, and perform statistical analysis.

1.3 Business and Public Professional Data Displayed by the Service

To provide company and market intelligence, the Service may process company names, websites, industries, locations, public job titles, public professional pages, business email addresses, company telephone numbers, and other information related to professional roles or business activities. Such information may come from public government records, company websites, publicly available professional information, public websites, or commercial data sources obtained lawfully.

We do not process this information for the purpose of collecting information about private life, and we do not ask users to use the Service to track individuals for purposes unrelated to business transactions. If you are an individual to whom displayed data relates, you may request access, correction, cessation of use, or deletion as described in Section 9.

2. Purposes and Uses

We process data for the following purposes:

• creating accounts, authenticating identity, maintaining login sessions, and managing permissions;
• providing market, company, people, channel, news, and risk intelligence based on search criteria;
• saving searches, generating reports, providing personalized features, and delivering customer support;
• using automation or artificial intelligence for search, deduplication, classification, summarization, comparison, and quality review;
• processing orders, payments, invoices, notifications, and plan usage;
• maintaining security, preventing abuse and fraud, debugging, auditing, and complying with law;
• performing statistical analysis to improve features, data quality, and user experience; and
• responding to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or rights holders.

3. Automated and Artificial-Intelligence Processing

The Service may use automated tools or artificial-intelligence models to process your search criteria and collected market information in order to generate summaries, classifications, comparisons, and recommendations. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should verify important information.

Except where necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, or comply with law, we will not use your non-public search content to train public models made available to other customers. If this purpose changes materially in the future, we will update this Policy and provide notice or obtain consent as required by law.

4. Service Providers and Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. To operate the Service, we may engage the following categories of service providers to process data to the extent necessary:

• cloud hosting, database, storage, content-delivery, and information-security services;
• account authentication, email, customer support, and notification services;
• payment, accounting, and invoicing services;
• website analytics, error monitoring, and service-performance tools; and
• market-data aggregation, search, automation, and artificial-intelligence services.

We may also disclose data where you have consented; where necessary to complete a service that you requested; to comply with lawful requests from courts or regulators; to protect the rights and safety of us, our users, or the public; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or corporate reorganization. Any recipient of transferred business data must continue to process it in accordance with applicable law.

5. Third-Party Data Sources and External Links

The Service may display or link to third-party websites and public sources. Once you visit an external website, that website will process your data under its own privacy policy. If third-party public or business information is inaccurate, outdated, or should not be displayed, please contact us under Section 9. We will address the request to the extent that it can reasonably be verified and is technically feasible.

6. International Data Transfers

The cloud, data, automation, and analytics infrastructure used by the Service may be located outside Taiwan. Personal data may therefore be transferred to or processed in other countries. We will take reasonable measures to require service providers to provide appropriate protection and will handle international transfers in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The Service uses necessary cookies to maintain login sessions, security, and core functionality. We may also use analytics cookies to understand website usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent certain features from functioning. Non-essential cookies that require consent under applicable law will be activated only after consent is obtained.

8. Retention and Security

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, perform our contracts, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. When an account is deleted or the relevant purpose no longer exists, we will delete or de-identify the data, except where retention is required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or where the data remains temporarily in a normal backup-rotation cycle.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, password hashing, access controls, permission management, logs, and backups. No method of online transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:

• provide access to or a copy of personal data that we hold about you;
• supplement or correct that data;
• stop collecting, processing, or using that data;
• delete that data; or
• where provided by applicable law, honor an objection to particular processing, withdrawal of consent, or a request for data portability.

If a request concerns public or business information, please provide the relevant page, the information at issue, and an explanation that enables us to verify the request.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time and will update the date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Where consent is required by law, we will obtain consent before beginning the relevant processing.
