您可要求刪除「海外金 ExportGold」帳號與相關個人資料。本頁說明申請方式、刪除範圍與處理時程。

維權科技股份有限公司（WCTech Co., Ltd.，下稱「本公司」）尊重您對個人資料的控制權。若您希望刪除海外金帳號、特定查詢資料，或要求處理服務中顯示的個人商務資料，請依下列方式提出申請。
一、如何申請
請以您註冊海外金時使用的電子信箱寄送申請：
- 收件人：[email protected]
- 主旨：海外金資料刪除申請 / ExportGold Data Deletion Request
- 內容：註冊電子信箱、公司名稱，以及欲刪除「整個帳號」、「特定查詢／報告」或「公開商務資料」的說明。
為保護您的權益並防止冒用，我們可能要求您透過註冊信箱回覆，或提供合理必要資料以驗證身分及資料關聯。
二、帳號刪除範圍
身分驗證完成後，我們將在適用法令及技術可行範圍內刪除：
- 登入帳號與驗證紀錄；
- 公司名稱、電子信箱及使用者設定檔；
- 產品與市場查詢紀錄、收藏、備註、儲存報告及偏好設定；
- 與客服或系統互動且可連結至帳號的紀錄；
- 在技術可行範圍內，與帳號直接關聯的分析識別碼。
三、公開商務資料的更正或移除
若海外金顯示您的公開職稱、職業頁面、商務電子郵件、公司電話或其他與您相關的企業資訊，您可要求更正、停止顯示或刪除。請提供資料所在頁面或報告、欲處理的欄位及可驗證您與該資料關係的資訊。
我們會評估資料來源、正確性、法令義務、公共利益及技術可行性。若資料來自第三方公開來源，我們可停止在海外金顯示或重新匯入該資料，但無法代替第三方刪除其原始網站上的內容；您可能仍需向原始來源提出申請。
四、可能保留的資料
下列資料可能於必要範圍及期間內保留：
- 依法令、稅務、會計、付款、契約或爭議處理所須保存的紀錄；
- 防止詐欺、濫用、安全事件或建立、防禦法律請求所必要的紀錄；
- 仍位於正常備份輪替週期中的資料；
- 已去識別化或彙總，且無法合理識別特定個人的統計資料；
- 並非由您提供、且與您的帳號無直接關聯的市場或企業層級資料，但涉及您的個人資料者仍可依前點申請處理。
五、處理時程
- 我們將於收到申請後七個工作日內確認受理並開始身分驗證；
- 原則上於完成驗證後三十日內完成刪除或回覆處理結果；
- 案件複雜、涉及第三方來源或依法得延長時，我們會通知原因及預計完成時間；
- 備份資料將依正常輪替週期逐步刪除。
六、刪除效果
帳號及資料一經刪除即無法復原。您將無法登入、查看原有查詢、收藏或報告；日後如需再次使用，須重新註冊。刪除帳號不會自動取消刪除生效前已產生且依法應支付的費用或其他義務。

You may request deletion of your ExportGold account and related personal data. This page explains how to submit a request, the scope of deletion, and the applicable processing timeline.

WCTech Co., Ltd. (“WCTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your ExportGold account or particular search data, or if you want us to address personal business information displayed by the Service, submit a request as described below.
1. How to Submit a Request
Send your request from the email address that you used to register for ExportGold:
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: ExportGold Data Deletion Request
- Include: your registered email address, company name, and whether you want us to delete your “entire account,” “specific searches or reports,” or “public business information.”
To protect your rights and prevent impersonation, we may ask you to reply through your registered email address or provide information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and your relationship to the data.
2. Scope of Account Deletion
After identity verification, we will delete the following data to the extent permitted by applicable law and technically feasible:
- your login account and authentication records;
- your company name, email address, and user profile;
- your product and market search history, bookmarks, notes, saved reports, and preferences;
- customer-support or system-interaction records that can be linked to your account; and
- analytics identifiers directly associated with your account, where technically feasible.
3. Correction or Removal of Public Business Information
If ExportGold displays your public job title, professional page, business email address, company telephone number, or other company-related information about you, you may request correction, cessation of display, or deletion. Please identify the page or report containing the data, specify the fields to be addressed, and provide information that allows us to verify your relationship to the data.
We will assess the data source, accuracy, legal obligations, public interest, and technical feasibility. If the information comes from a third-party public source, we may stop displaying or re-importing that information in ExportGold, but we cannot delete the original content from the third party’s website on its behalf. You may also need to submit a request directly to the original source.
4. Data We May Retain
We may retain the following data to the extent and for the period necessary:
- records required by law or for tax, accounting, payment, contractual, or dispute-resolution purposes;
- records necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security incidents, or establish or defend legal claims;
- data that remains temporarily in a normal backup-rotation cycle;
- de-identified or aggregated statistical data that cannot reasonably identify a particular individual; and
- market-level or company-level information that you did not provide and that is not directly linked to your account, although you may still submit a request under Section 3 where such information includes your personal data.
5. Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request and begin identity verification within seven business days.
- In principle, we will complete deletion or provide a response within thirty days after verification is completed.
- If a request is complex, involves third-party sources, or may lawfully be extended, we will notify you of the reason and the expected completion date.
- Data in backups will be deleted progressively through the normal backup-rotation process.
6. Effect of Deletion
Deletion of an account and its data is irreversible. You will no longer be able to sign in or view your previous searches, bookmarks, or reports. If you wish to use the Service again, you will need to register a new account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel fees or other obligations that arose before deletion took effect and remain payable by law.
